We endeavor to ensure that you will not want to return our product , however if ( regrettably on our part) you wish to return a product , please review our return policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.
We do not accept return on specially ordered and customized merchandise.
You cannot return goods on grounds of color, choice or handwork.
You can also not return a product on price issues or delivery charges.
You are not eligible to return a product which has been used.
The products if eligible for return , will be accepted against store credit only. All returned product will have a 20% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the merchandise. In addition the shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance charges will be your ( returning customer’s) liability. You have to deliver the return merchandise to us within 8 days of receiving the return authorization number.
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise before dispatch. If you feel your merchandise is damaged , you must inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery of package . We must receive a phone confirmation from you stating that you wish to return the merchandise and you must obtain a return authorization number from us. You will incur the shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance charges. You have to deliver the return merchandise to us within 8 days of receiving the return authorization number.
If we find that the merchandise is defective or damaged ,we will repair or replace , whichever is deemed necessary. However if the merchandise is not defective , or has been misused , the merchandise will be shipped back to you.
Order cancellations must be done through email at email@example.com
A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied on the full purchase price of the merchandise if the order had not been shipped from our location.
If the order has been processed , you will have to return the merchandise to us.The merchandise return policy will be applicable.
If the merchandise you received is not what you originally ordered please mail customer care with the order number , your name and address, complete details of the product and reason for return and whether you require a store credit or replacement. We will guide you thereon.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, Mazaro holds the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product , listed at the incorrect price.
Mazaro holds the right to refuse or cancel any such orders , whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If payment has been received for the product, Mazaro shall either issue store credit to you or refund the money received to the amount of original price paid by you.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute our confirmation to sell. Mazaro reserves the right to decline or accept your order for any reason at any time.
At times a product may be sold out or out of stock. If you wish to purchase the same, you can place an order . This order will be treated as a custom order. Delivery time of a custom order can vary for 21 to 30 days.You can contact or customer service for further queries.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
Delivery dates are not guranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Mazaro. These interruptions may include but are not limited to transportation stystem, custom clearance issues , shipping carriers or payment clearance.
Tracking information may not be available for upto 48 hrs. , after an order is shipped.
